Juelz-OT This 3rd Coast Born, Award Winning Tattooist started his professional career in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Since 2007 his artwork has taken him all over the world to compete in many international tattoo expos from the Philippines to South America. He is just as comfortable tattooing Watercolor, or Bold Color Bombs, as he is with Fine Line, Custom Script, or Chicano/Black & Grey. His well-rounded art style came from painting graffiti with friends as a youth to studying alongside many artists that he met during his travels. Julius has been with the Bright Ideas Crew since March 2022 and is ALWAYS up for a walk-in!! Dilan Allen moved to Arizona in 2003 and has spent most of his time in the Goodyear area. Upon graduating from Millennium High School 6 months early, he obtained his EMT certification the day before walking with his graduating class in May 2010. During this time he was also traveling for competitive skateboarding where he met clients that received work at Bright Ideas and received his first professional tattoo.
